  • Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days – €18

Zone 2 - EUROPE

  • Standard Delivery: 1-5 business days – €28
  • VAT and duties are included in the final price.

Zone 3 - UK, Switzerland, Norway 

  • Standard Delivery: 1-7 business days – €35
  • VAT and duties are not included in the final price.

Zone 4 - REST OF THE WORLD 

  • Standard/Express Delivery: 1-7 business days – €40
  • VAT and duties are not included.

  • Europe: VAT and duties are included in the price — no extra charges at checkout.
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Worldwide: VAT and duties are not included — you may need to pay these upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

If you're unhappy with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange, if the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Be careful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume stains.
  • All information regarding returns & exchanges should be received within 5 working days from the delivery of your order. 
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
  • Sale items are non-refundable, non-redeemable or non-exchangeable.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Review our Return Policy before proceeding.
  2. Email Customer Service at info@bea-studio.com with the item(s) you want to exchange.
  3. Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  4. Ship at your expense (one time free return for purchases made from Italy) using a tracked method.

Once we receive and quality-check the returned items, we will initiate your exchange and send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that don’t comply with our policies. Rejected items will be resent to the original shipping address without a refund.

Please note: Shipping and return fees, as well as duties, are non-refundable.

WRONG ITEM

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact Customer Service at info@bea-studio.com with your order number and include the following:

  • A photo of the incorrect item(s), showing the style & model, with the visible etiquette.
  • We will get back to you within 2-3 working days with the information regarding the exchange. 
  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that don’t comply with our policies.
  • BEA studio will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

DAMAGED ITEM

We’re sorry about that! Please reach out to Customer Service at info@bea-studio.com with your order number and provide:

  • Photos of the shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product with the visible etiquette 
  • We will get back to you within 2-3 working days with the information regarding the exchange. 
  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that don’t comply with our policies.
  • BEA studio will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
